In 1973 Ken Ferchoff had a vision. He set out to build quality, affordable homes, and since then the Carrington Group of Companies has grown to become a top, award-winning residential builder in the greater Edmonton area with Carrington Communities building condo properties and Bedrock Homes building single family and duplex homes. Seeing a need for luxury resort properties, Carrington Resorts was developed to create resort developments throughout British Columbia.

 

A true testament to Ken’s commitment to building exceptional homes, the purchasers of his first home still own it and love the home 45 years later. Carrington Communities has been building condos in Edmonton and the surrounding area ever since, with an eye on superb craftsmanship & uncompromising design standards.
